Q : I tried to add more than 2 products to my shopping cart but the system won't let me. The system adds my new item and automatically removes the previous one.
A : This is an error generated by your browser. Please go ahead and erase the cookies and history by clicking “Internet Options” located in your browser's “Tools bar” and then try again. If the problem continues please contact us and a Customer Service Agent will quote your order via e-mail.
Q : When calculating the shipping costs, the system displays the following message: “We are sorry, but the given destination is out of the delivery area”
At Esmeraldasydisenos.com we ship worldwide and you can place an order
from ANY part of the world, there is no address where we can't deliver.
This error is solved by any of the following:
- Erase the history and cookies from your browser and try again.
- For some reason, your country is not associated with any destination fee. Please contact us to check if this is your problem. Otherwise we will quote you via e-mail or give you a call.
Q: When I try to place an order, the system tells me that my shipping costs are $0.00 and will not let me continue.
A: Your browser experienced an incompatibility error with our system. Please erase the history and cookies from your browser and try again.
Q : I am looking for a specific product, which is not in your catalog.
Please send us an e-mail requesting it. If it is available we will add
it and inform you in no longer than 48-72 hours.
Q: I sent you an e-mail with a specific question and it has already been 2 business days with no response.
A: For some reason we did not receive your request, please re-send it, as we answer everything in less than 48 hours.
Q: I called your offices and nobody answered. I need to contact you ASAP.
Due to the amount of business we are having, sometimes we are unable
to answer it, plus you need to calculate Costa Rica 's business hours.

Q: Are transit times guaranteed?
A: Yes, all transit times are guaranteed.
Q: Does every order have a guaranteed delivery?
A: Yes, we guarantee that every order is safely delivered.
Q: I want to send an order to a PO box.
A: We may not send orders to PO boxes due to the fact that the carriers require someone to sign for the delivery. If you are willing to take the chance, we can send your order to a PO box, but we can't guarantee its delivery.
Q: I placed an order but I need to cancel it.
A: We can only cancel orders that HAVE NOT been sent (check your order status); otherwise we'll be happy to help, just contact us. If your order has already been charged, there's a 5% non-refundable charge that the bank charges.
